They changed my policy premium yet again because of a mistake they made on their part, applying a discount that shouldn’t have been applied. Now they are forcing me to pay the difference of that discount for the next three months because of their mistake. This office doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing, and I’m looking into changing agents.

I had a great experience with StateFarm up until now. I had cancelled my insurance because I was planning to sell my car, I ended up not selling it so I wanted to reinstate my insurance as it had been less than 30 days. Mario made it so easy, took my payment over the phone and got it reinstated. EXCEPT apparently the paperwork was not taken care of with underwriting, so they sent me a check for my payment and cancelled my policy. I didn’t even know I had been driving around UNINSURED. Now I can’t reinstate the policy because it’s been OVER 30 days, and I have to do a new policy application and my rate went up $40! Now I’m paying an extra $40 for their mistake and that doesn’t feel great at all. Latoya was super helpful trying to get it corrected, but overall they couldn’t do anything and now I have to pay for this mistake."
